this year sucked hard in a variety of ways and it's honestly impacted my creative drive pretty hard, hence why i haven't really been making any new art lately but at least i got dinosaur planet and honestly that's the only chrimbus gift that matters to me

look man i know the new eclipse layout sucks ass and i don't blame people for leaving, but i don't really have any other places to post my art outside of this place and FA, and frankly i don't wanna fall into the trap of using twitter and tumblr for things outside of posting art after the hell i went through on those sites last decade

honestly, i didn't think i'd ever need to make a byf/dni thing ever (i'm pretty lax on who follows me as long as you aren't a complete dick), but this year has not been kind to me. one of the bigger damages this year was being in an abusive friendship with someone who i looked up to and honestly considered a dear friend up until recently. more on that can be read on my twitter pinned: twitter.com/kokorogensou/statu… .
(in hindsight, i forgot to mention some other details on there. namely that i was expected to learn tyranobuilder within a short window of time even though even learning "easy" software is a learning process for me)
additionally, i'm no longer using twitter because of that. even outside of just generally not feeling safe there (or in the yokai watch fandom et al) because of the fallout, twitter's just as much of a hellsite as tumblr is, and i'd rather not suffer any more mental damage anymore with what i've been through.
i'm now on mastodon (specifically the meemu.org instance) which you can see here: meemu.org/@kokorogensou. i do have to manually accept followers (for my own safety, sorry!), but generally i do plan on being more active there.
